The existing building, know as The Ugly Brown Building, will be redeveloped to provide a mixed use development anchored by a new and extended Ted Baker Global Headquarters. In addition the development will include further office, hotel, residential and restaurant accommodation with accessible and inviting open public spaces whilst offering more engagement with the Regents Canal.

Resolution to grant planning permission was obtained in July 2018. Once complete the development will regenerate the existing building and streetscape, whilst also resulting in an urban realm that is far more open, active and permeable. The various uses will be designed sensitively to ensure that they compliment each other whilst delivering an optimum urban environment in which people can live, work and play.
